At Go Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement projects. If a tool or fixture isn't the right fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Bring your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
