We offer tiered shipping based on weight. Standard items arrive within 3-5 business days, while oversized orders like bulk lumber or heavy machinery are shipped via freight and may take 7-10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on power tools?
Yes, all power tools purchased through Go Hardware come with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for an additional fee at checkout.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my project needs?
We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut materials, such as tinted paint or specific lengths of chain, are non-refundable.
